Consent to the processing of personal data

By checking the form on the website https://semaforstudio.ru and by clicking the “Submit” button, I freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, give the semafor web studio (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) specific, substantive, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data.

Data Composition

The name, phone number, email address, and project information I provided on the form.

Purposes of processing

Consideration of my application, feedback, discussion of the project, preparation of a proposal and taking actions on my initiative before the possible conclusion of a contract.

Actions with data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer to persons providing site placement and technical delivery of appeals, blocking and destruction with or without the use of automation tools.

Attracted services

To technically process the request and deliver the message, the Operator can use the infrastructure of the hosting provider and other technical services. I understand that the use of foreign infrastructure may result in cross-border data transfer, provided that the Operator complies with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Duration and withdrawal of consent

Consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I can withdraw consent by sending a letter to semafor.webstudio@gmail.com. After receiving the feedback, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within the time limits provided by law, unless there is another legal basis for their processing.
